End User Adoption
Rooms
Our customers struggled with end user adoption since accessing a virtual desktop to do work was a new concept to them. Adoption wasn't necessarily mandated in all cases which made the situation even more challenging. We reacted.
Rooms were leveraged to solve different problems in the Tehama tool. The concept of a room meant to curate access to designated endpoints on the customer's network but as use cases grew, so did the pain points. We investigated.
Building from the ground up
PythOS
The project was a re-imagining of how people worked at Pythian and how they shared their progress with clients. This meant introducing new tooling to increase productivity and improve customer engagement.
